  I went there looking for metric hex keys in a larger size and they totally had them, and at a great price. I walked in, the sales associate asked if I needed help finding anything, I told him what I needed and he led me straight to them. He unlocked the case and let us look at various sets and brands, answered our question and rang us up on an extra register since the other registers were being used. Fantastic customer service. Great value. Clean store. Good selection, overall a great store. I will definitely be back for my future hardware and paint need. Ooooo and they makes keys! :)

  I was sent here by Monmouth Hardware when they didn't have the type of PVC pipe I needed. The staff was very friendly, super helpful and really accommodating. I told the clerk helping us I needed four feet of four inch styrene PVC pipe since stuff like this is usually sold by the foot. Then I asked him if he could cut the pipe into four 10 inch sections for me; adding I'd pay for all four feet. He smiles and says "So all you really want is 40 inches cut into four 10 inch sections?". I'm happily surprised by his question, as I expected to have to buy four feet of pipe, but I quickly agree. Then he tells me while he cuts my pipe sections I can go let the cashier know what I bought and pay my bill if I'd like. I thought that was very thoughtful of him. We took advantage of his suggestion and I'll bet our entire visit lasted less than 10 minutes.
